Courier assignments are finalized at point of packaging dispatch depending on location weight profiles and speed demands.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We strive to minimize wait times for schools, teachers, and individual online course members:

Standard Dispatch Window: All in-stock syllabus materials, textbooks, and teacher guides are packaged and dispatched from our Bengaluru warehouse within 2 to 3 business days from order configuration/invoice reconciliation.
Custom Materials: For customized school publications featuring school logos, dispatch periods require 7 to 10 working days for press processing, typography approvals, and layout alignments before packaging.
Holiday Exclusions: Shipments are not dispatched on national holidays or Sundays.

3. Regional Delivery Coverage

NES provides delivery services throughout the Republic of India:

National Pin Code Coverage: We ship to all active postal codes across Indian States and Union Territories.
International Shipments: Currently, NES does not support automated deliveries outside Indian borders. For unique international inquiries (e.g. handwriting syllabus packages for foreign schools), please connect directly with our director via email for separate freight quotes.

Tracking Your Order:Once your consignment leaves our Bengaluru warehouse, a delivery tracking link and consignment ID will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You can monitor parcel movement directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

We guarantee the safe delivery of all educational packages:

Transit Damages: If textbook packages or robotic kits arrive damaged, please photograph the external box and package items immediately, and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will ship replacement materials at zero extra cost.
Non-receipt/Lost Parcels: If tracking states "delivered" but you have not received it, or if a parcel is delayed beyond 14 business days, please log a support request so we can liaise with our logistics partner and initiate replacement delivery.
